The first purse I found the pattern for in a Better Homes and Garden magazine. I thought it was cute but was lacking something. I wanted one that was a little bit bigger and with more detail. So I came up with the other one I made it 2 inchs bigger and added a front pocket with leather trim. The strap and the sides are leather also. I added a material snap closure with a big button. I really like it. I think it will become my everyday purse.
